    • CrossFit Gut Check is a partnership between two dedicated trainers brought together by the belief in offering world class fitness by utilizing the Foundations of CrossFit. Our goal is to foster a community in constant pursuit of elite fitness at an affordable rate. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere affirms all who are willing to make fitness a priority regardless of physical ability.

    • The CrossFit Journal is a digital monthly publication dedicated to functional fitness. Articles include capstone documents of the CrossFit concept and readily understood how-to classics by contributing coaches, trainers, and athletes.
