the muscle ups are coming - take off 10 lbs and I think they will be easier...nice work foles
B - pineapple, boiled chicken then shredded with salsa and avocado
S - shrimpl cocktail
L - tuna sushi, scallops over salad
D - steak tips and broccoli
SAT/SUN
B - 3 dropped eggs with steak tips, broccoli and mushroom
L - salad with chix and 2 hardboiled eggs
S - steak, broccoli, and mushroom
D - scrambled eggs with turkey sausage, spinach, tomato, peppers and onions...
B - pear and broccoli, steak, turnip wrapped into a egg omelet
L - apple and boiled chix (went to the Pats and had to just get by)
actually, my wife and I got a meatball sub - just ate the meatballs and a hamburger with onions and peppers - again no bread...who would think you could go paleo at Gilette stadium - I wanted to go with the salad but she would not let me...told me it would look totally gay - gotta love her
D - chix, meatball and broccoli and red sauce
