Workout 1.5 pood for all 50BP. Ring dips in sets of 10 unbroken sub 7 minutes.

Used 45lb db's on 1st set then 55's on the rest (with some failures). Ring dips w/some sets broken

S: apple and some dates

workout was OK - got through most of it with 1 1/2 pood - couple of dicey LEFT one arm BP - some weird pain came via the ring dips
amramp was about 8min 40 - HATE and suck at cousins BUT much better from november 2011 cousins
B - pear, onions, peppers, spinah and eggs
S - walnuts
L - salad with chix and olive oil
D - cauliflower, mushroom, beets, chix and red sauce - not bad but not very good
