Sat - pretty good skiing, legs felt pretty cooked after running 3 days in a row on the treadmill
B - leftover grub from the night before - just added 2 eggs over easy on top
S - hardboiled egg and coffee
L - salad with turkey - apple
S - orange
D - steak tips, chix, asparagus and salad while mom and kids teased with red wine and cheese for starters and a pretty good looking pudding pie with fresh homemade whipcream on top

I keep thinking APEX baby!

Sun - day of rest
B - 2 eggs over turkey sausage and more goolash leftovers
L - big salad with turkey
D - grilled up some pork, kielbasa, and burgers - dice up the pork and kielbasa and added to spaghetti squash, mushroom, cauliflower, garlic - pretty nice combo

W/o finished 2 rds w/35lb(wimpy)and depth was suspect

I had to use 2 diff weights - 35 lbs for the one arm snatch and I didn't do anything that resembled a snatch and the modified looked confusing at best - 55 lbs for the rest
LOVED hearing Tim chase me down from behind on the 2nd 200m run...he was seething
B - spaghetti squash, mushroom, cauliflower and sausage sauteed...2 eggs on top
S - carrots and apple
L - shrimp cocktail, salad with chix
S - apple
D - Rutabaga (unbelievable - don't need potatoes any longer) sauteed with peppers, garlic, cauliflower, and mushrooms....with lemon/almond crusted haddock fish
