Completed 6 rounds of the amrap
B: Egg whites w/salsa & some strawberries.
L: Salad with chicken
D: Shrimp & Steak kabob, salad, broccoli
Saturday:
B: Egg whites with bean sprouts & tomatoes
L: turkey on lettuce, tomatoe and onion with a little italian dressing
D: shrimp & scallops over spaghetti squash & salad
S: apples, bananas, an orange
Sunday:
B: egg whites with bean sprouts & tomatoes
L: salad
D: home made chicken & veggie soup and a salad.
S: 2 apples, some strawberries

split jerk - started with 135 and got up to 185 on last set - I will do better keeping track of this
B - onions, peppers, chix, meatball in red sauce
S - pear
L - salad with chix kabob
S - orange
D - brolied haddock, asparagus and spaghetti squash
