I was on round 7 when time was called at (I think) 30 minutes.
I used 95lbs - it was a struggle
B: 3 eggs, 2 slices of turkey and 5 strawberries.
L: Salad with chicken
D: grilled pork, roasted asapragus, mashed cauliflower, steamed green beens, spaghetti squash and homemade apple sauce (just apples and a little cinamon)
S: orange

s-protein shake (coconut milk-dairy free & unsweetened, blueberries, protein powder) 2 dates

Finished workout in 25min and change BUT i used a modified 70 lbs
Awesome breakfast - sauteed broccoli, mushroom, red pepper, onion, some ground meat and boiled chicken...don't forget turnip..put two eggs on top...my wife and I destroyed it
S - carrots
L - spinach salad with grilled veggies and chix
S - apple
D - tuna sushi app...broiled salmon, beets and broccoli
Feeling and beginning to see the difference...goal...Great White Shark, unusual alloy, weaponize, be true to thyself....DAMN this shit is good!
Sorry I add much color to all this but blame it on TIM...the dude just unleashes the MONSTER within...and at 930am in the morning...the locomotive is flying.
