W/O 225lb DL finished 6rds tapped out w one min to go. 90 reps not too bad.

L-steak w/peppers/onions,mushrooms,clementine,1/2apple
D-chicken&egg stirfry,banana,nuts,raisins

A morning of vertigo so I missed the WO.
after work I ran for 25 minutes then did 50 jumpinjacks, 50 air squats, 50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 squat-thrusts,50 mountain-climbers and 50 flutter kicks
B: apple
l: homemade tomatoe-basil soup, a couple pieces of chicken and leftover asparagus
D: chicken & veggie soup, eggwhites w/salsa
