Used 95 on most of the reps. Failed 105 - went back to 95 finished with 115.
was on round 6 of the amrap when twc.

L: Salad w/chicken
D: chicken & veggie soup, roasted asapragus, steamed broccoli, mashed cauliflower.

HSB - reps bw 115 and last one was 145....pretty cool to see and feel the improvements
AMRAP - not sure on rounds, I think Tim was about to lap me twice, so that would give me maybe 7 rounds - I did 2 rounds with hand stand pushups but then modified using 55lb dumbell push presses
B - 4 eggs over spaghetti squash, ham, turkey sausage and mushroom
S - fruit bowl
L - salad with strawberry, grilled brussel sprouts, onions, peppers and chix
S- 1/2 apple with some almond butter
D - mixed salad with lemon/lime seasoned pan seared scallops...washed down a couple raisins and pecans with coffee
