Went with Tim & Matt. I think 6 rounds for boxjump, 4 rounds wallball 4 rounds pp. ( I could be off a round or so?)

guess my overhead push presses need some work but box jumps and wall balls felt good
not sure on rounds but I feel OK about that now that Tim didn't post
