I was not able to get to the gym today (had to work early!) so I ran for 20 minutes then did 100 pushups, 100 situps & 100 air squats.
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, banana
L: salad with burger meat, apple
D: steak, chicken, a left-over stuffed pepper & mashed cauliflower
s: apple

side of broiled zucchini and summer squash
Not sure on rounds. Was unbroken on first 3 rounds then had to break pull-ups.

Tim reminds me of Gable...rare alloys
I thought i did 4 or 5 rounds with prescribed but not sure - I just remember Foley running past me (Nice work Foles - I hope you enjoyed that for the last time)
B - made me and the wife some sauteed red peppers, onions and mushrooms over 1/2 lean hamburger with 1 egg on top...NICE
S- carrots and apple
L - some seasoned and grilled eggplant, chicken cutlett over asparagus and salad over at Cedar Cafe in Hanover/Merchants Row
S - apple and carrots
D - mixed sushi (NO rice)

4 rounds (Wghtd): Step ups, push ups, pull ups, hyper extensions, planks. 4 rounds: Walking lunges, dips, bicep curls, side lunges, straps: 4 rounds: Box jumps, pull overs, DB row.
B - Pineapple/Blueberries w Cinn; apple w sunbutter
L - Steamed b sprouts w spices. Protein shake
D - Spicy shrimp, spin, veggies.
S-Apple
